Payment Policy

Once we have confirmed your booking, full payment is required to secure your session. This ensures your time is reserved with intention and commitment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Cancellations made within this timeframe will allow rescheduling at no extra charge. However, if notice is not given at least 48 hours in advance, the payment will be retained as a late cancellation fee. This policy also applies to rescheduling.
