When you request a session through this website, we may collect personal information you submit voluntarily, including your name, email address, phone number, booking details, group-event details, gift-card purchaser and recipient information, and optional personal messages.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to schedule sessions, communicate about your booking, and provide requested services, issue and deliver gift cards, prevent duplicate redemption, and maintain records of optional email-marketing consent. We do not sell your personal information.

Booking and Payment Providers

This site uses Cal.com for booking, Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for hosting and database services, and Resend for transactional email delivery. Information processed by those providers is also governed by their privacy policies and terms.

Email Choices

Transactional messages about a booking, intake request, payment, or gift card are separate from marketing. Marketing consent is optional and unchecked by default. If you provide consent, we record the email address, consent date, and source. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting Real Intuitions.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for scheduling, service delivery, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

Data Protection

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No online transmission method is guaranteed to be fully secure.
