Terms of Service

Effective date: March 1, 2026. By booking or purchasing a session through this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

Real Intuitions offers spiritual consulting and spiritual reading sessions conducted by an independent practitioner. Sessions are provided for personal insight, spiritual exploration, and entertainment purposes only.

The guidance offered is based on intuitive and spiritual practices. It does not constitute — and must not be treated as — professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you require professional support in any of these areas, please consult a qualified professional.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Readings and consultations are conducted with care and sincerity. However, no guarantee is made regarding accuracy, predicted outcomes, or future events. All readings reflect energies and possibilities at the time of the session and may change as circumstances, choices, and time evolve.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to confirmation by Real Intuitions. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment until you receive explicit confirmation.

Full payment is required to secure your confirmed session. Sessions are priced in Canadian dollars (CAD) and processed through Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time of booking applies to your session.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session. Cancellations or reschedules requested within this window will be accommodated at no extra charge.

If notice is not provided at least 48 hours in advance, the full session payment will be retained as a late cancellation fee. This policy applies equally to both cancellations and rescheduling requests.

5. Refunds

Refunds are not issued for completed sessions. If a session was not delivered as booked due to circumstances within our control, please contact us through the booking page and we will work to resolve the matter in good faith.

6. Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. Any guidance received during a session is offered as one perspective among many. Real Intuitions is not liable for any decision you make, action you take, or outcome you experience based on session content.

7. Confidentiality

Information you share during a session is treated with respect and discretion. Sessions are not recorded by Real Intuitions unless explicitly agreed to by both parties in advance. You are welcome to record sessions on your own device with prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Real Intuitions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website or participation in a session. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Real Intuitions and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or booking of sessions after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
